MAT SESSION
Mat massage work is done on the floor on a padded mat with the client fully clothed. This work can be done deeply, or gently for relaxation. I use compression, stretching, joint mobilization, traction. and put you into a few yoga like positions. Being on the floor allows me to use four points of contact, including my feet and knees. It’s best not to eat a heavy meal before this session. Please wear stretchy or loose clothing like gym wear but not shiny/slick fabric, and a t-shirt is best for upper body work.
